Return

You have 7 days from the order being dispatched to return, in a saleable condition, for a guaranteed refund. Sale/discount items are exchange only.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Email info@itunumary.com with:

Your original email/name and order number.
Item name.
Item size and issue description.
Item you would like in exchange (of equal or greater value).

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Use proof of postage and insured delivery. For international exchanges, mark your return as “I am returning items” to avoid customs charges.
